  Ok I don't normally do this but I bought a 30 Lt hexagonal tank from your Trowbridge branch and within a couple of months the built in light on the lid no longer worked so I went in for a replacement bulb. The manager told me I would need a whole new unit as in all the lid filter etc so I asked how much ? No charge he said with a big smile and he'd order one that was Monday so I popped in today only Thursday to get some things for my other pets and the same manager approached me and said he'd ordered a complete tank for me to swop, meanwhile another young lad joined us and gave me a new lid and built in bulb to swop over he'd found one in a draw out the back ! What I wanted to say was, I was blown away by your help , kindness , and customer service you totally made my day and I now have a lite tank again and will always feel welcome in your shop phone you both have a wonderful Christmas cos you both deserve it
