- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Whilst on holiday from the North East, I had to visit the Minor Injuries Unit on 26/8/17 at approximately 3.45pm. The assistance I received from the receptionist led to me receiving an emergency prescription for vital daily medication which I was short of via NHS 111 and the GP out of hours service - all within 35 minutes. I did not get the chance to thank the receptionist on duty. If a staff member reads this notice can you please pass on my thanks.by Michelle SlavinJanuary 23, 2017
